How Laradon Supports Our Employees

Medical, Dental, Vision, and Flexible Spending Accounts

Choice of two medical plans through Kaiser (Laradon pays 90% employee coverage, 50% dependent coverage), two dental plans, a vision plan, and an annual flexible spending account option with IRS maximum contributions.

401(k) Plan

Administered through Principal, employees are automatically enrolled into Laradon’s 401(k) plan the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Employees are enrolled at a 4% deferral rate so they can take full advantage of Laradon’s dollar-to-dollar match.

100% Employer Paid On-Site Mental Health Services & Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Laradon provides on-site mental health services and access to EAP immediately upon date of hire.

100% Employer Paid Short Term Disability Insurance

Pays 60% of salary for qualified leave reasons after 8 days and up to 11 weeks.

Voluntary Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Cancer Coverage, & Accident Plan

Low-cost supplemental plans to choose from, based on your individual needs.

Pet Insurance

Laradon is pleased to offer Pet Insurance for employee dogs, cats, and some exotic animals.

Wellness Program

Includes $100 annual wellness reimbursement, access to year-long wellness programs on campus.

Paid Time Off, Personal Days, Sick Days, Wellness Days, & 11 Paid Holidays

Depending on the program, employees receive plenty of time to rest and recoup.

Tuition Reimbursement and Student Loan Assistance

After one year of employment, employees receive reimbursement for tuition, continuing education, certifications, licenses, professional organization dues, and student loans.

Bilingual Stipend

Laradon currently offers up to $1.00 per hour stipend for employees bilingual in Spanish (verbal and/or written).

Classes, Committees, & Events

Laradon offers employee classes on Spanish, American Sign Language, and various other topics throughout the year. Join our quarterly Town Halls and Employee Events throughout the year.
