Additional Tax Benefits

Colorado Child Care Tax Credit

Laradon now offers Child Care Contribution Tax Credits (CCTC). This means taxpayers who make a qualifying donation to Laradon may claim an income tax credit of 50% of the total qualifying contribution.

What do I need to know about Laradon’s CCTC?

  • The 2024 guidelines are a minimum of $500 for an individual and $1,000 for a business
  • The maximum contribution is $100,000

How do I claim this tax credit?

  • Visit ColoradoGives.org/laradon to make a donation! Make sure to select “Child Care Contribution” for your donation of $500 or more to qualify for this tax benefit.
  • Qualifying donations will receive a form from Laradon that can be submitted with the donors Colorado Income Tax Returns to child care providers (up to $100,000).

Wish list

Laradon has always accepted in-kind gifts other than cash. We want to be sure your in-kind contribution is used most effectively, so there are some items we do not accept such as used clothing or electronics. If you are unsure if the items you would like to donate are needed, please reach out to Jennifer Hendrick at Jennifer.Hendrick@laradon.org and tell us about your donation. Laradon is not able to pick up donations.
