Laradon Celebrates National Volunteer Appreciation Week

Laradon is over the moon to be recognizing all of our volunteers during National Volunteer Appreciation Week- which is April 16 through April 22.

Volunteers bring so much love, kindness and enthusiasm to the work we do at Laradon. They have played an integral part in Laradon’s mission for the past 75 years. This week was no exception!

This past Saturday we had the opportunity of hosting young scholars from the Daniels Fund to volunteer to help with maintenance of our Laradon School. We also had the opportunity to tour a group of Colorado Elks and connect them with future volunteer opportunities.

Thank you to both incredible groups for supporting Laradon!

The best part is Laradon is always looking for volunteers to help support the work we do. You have the power to make a difference in the lives of kids and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities!
