Laradon Food and Coat Drive

Participants from Laradon’s Adult Day Program are leading a holiday food and coat drive for 20 families in nearby low-income housing. They are coordinating collection, sorting items, and preparing care packages for neighbors.

“Even though many of our participants don’t live in Globeville, they know firsthand what it means to experience barriers. They wanted to take action to make life a little brighter for others this season.”

Globeville has limited access to full-service grocery stores. Residents often travel a distance to find fresh, affordable food. This drive helps fill the gap with pantry staples, warm coats, and a sense of community.
