Larry's work ethic and positive attitude are legendary, but his signature move is boosting morale with chocolate milk shout-outs for coworkers who are having a great shift.

Larry loves chocolate milk himself and has been keeping score. He has consumed 3,005 over the past three years, averaging about 19 glasses of milk a week! Although not everyone may love chocolate milk as much as Larry, sharing this enthusiasm has helped strengthen his relationships with his coworkers, who have fallen in love with his genuinely kind soul.

Laradon’s Employment Program has allowed Larry to find a place where he loves to work. He has learned how to be a hard worker, but most importantly, how to spread kindness. Larry believes that everyone should be treated with kindness and respect, and that is what he demonstrates every day when he clocks in for his shift.
