It’s time to mark your calendar for Colorado Gives Day on December 5- where you can make a huge difference for those we serve at Laradon.
Each December, Coloradans, just like you, come together with the common goal of strengthening the community by helping to power nonprofits.
To make things even better, there’s an incentive fund available this year to boost the value of every single donation.
How does the Colorado Gives Day Incentive Fund work?
1) If a nonprofit organization receives 10 percent of the total donations made on Colorado Gives Day, that same nonprofit receives 10 percent of the $1 Million Incentive Fund.
2) When Colorado Gives Day is over, the Community First Foundation will determine each nonprofit’s proportionate share of the incentive fund by dividing the total amount each nonprofit raised by the total amount of money donated to all participating nonprofits. This amount is then multiplied by the total amount of dollars in the Incentive Fund.
This means the more donations for Laradon on Colorado Gives Day, the more of the incentive fund we will receive.

Double-check to see if your employer has a Workplace Giving program! Often times, employers will match your donation or help you support the non-profits you care about.
