About The Laradon School
The Laradon school has been supporting students ages 5-21 with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 75 years. As an approved facility school we are currently supporting over 70 students from 24 different school districts throughout Colorado.
By combining a therapeutic environment with Laradon’s highly trained, licensed staff, we are equipped to meet the individual learning and behavioral needs of all our students. We work closely with families and caregivers to ensure they feel heard and connected to their child’s school experience. The Laradon School is committed to ensuring our students are positioned to live healthy independent lives now and in the future.
2024 Inclement Weather Update!
During the winter months there may be inclement weather that could result in a snow closure. The Laradon School aligns with Denver Public Schools (DPS) for snow days. So, if DPS is closed Laradon will also be closed.
The Laradon School does not have delayed starts due to weather.
Families and caregivers should check with their school district providing transportation to know if there is delayed transportation for your child from your school district.
